GBI am still awaiting my Jersey I am still awaiting my Jersey. Was hoping to wear it at a game but nope. I do understand we are still regaining our strength post Covid and chain supply, but what I don’t like is how I’ve tried emailing and it was email address does not work. So seems like they have fake contact information.

ZAAWFUL! AWFUL!! I paid so much money to customise the jersey, and the name was incorrect. I placed my concern with Support, and they have been equally disappointing and useless in failing to communicate when the correct jersey wil be delivered. Don’t wast you time and money here.

ZAUseless I'm not happy with everything, you want me to voice my opinion where else i haven't got my order, I've tracking my order over and over but all i got is IN TRANSIT it has been a month now since its in TRANSIT, i will never buy at jerseyteam ever again. I am not a happy customer

GBMY CANCEL ORDER AND REFUND MY CHARGE NOT HONORED… MY CANCEL ORDER AND REFUND MY CHARGE REQUEST WAS NOT HONORED THEIR WEBSITE CAN’T BE TRUSTED they revesed the billing and shipping address on their website confirmation so I had to go to Pay Pal for help since their website had no provision to correct or contact them. Only after contacting them through Pay Pal the company said they would refund the charge but they have not done so. They even wrote to me the following: "The 1 star reviews on the website are not true. Their orders are all on their way. They sent me an email and before I could reply that their application had been sent, they quickly rated it 1 star. it is so awful. Some customers apologized and asked me how to delete those reviews. Hope you trust us. You can check the quality of the order when you receive the goods. If there is a problem with the order, we commit to exchange it or refund the money to you"
