Great mats I ordered an 8 x 8 area of the 1/2 inch multipurpose mats (black and blue) and an 8 x 10 area of the 1/2 inch martial arts mats as replacements for mats I lost when my basement flooded. These mats are so awesome! They’re cushioning but not overly soft and they look great. Dog toenails will scuff them however but for me that’s not such a big deal. I have a freestanding heavy bag sitting on the martial arts mats and there is zero problem there (350 plus pounds). They shipped very quickly and are super simple to piece together. I would definitely order again. If you have heavy equipment, I’d recommend the rubber topped mats though. The multipurpose mats are not for heavy gym equipment.

Carpet Quality I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the carpet! Honestly for such a low price I was expecting the carpet on top to be similar to the cheap scratchy carpet you get at construction stores. It is NOT- it is very soft and very pleasant to walk on with or without shoes. We will defiantly be buying more.

Extremely poor communication Extremely poor communication. Products sat waiting for USPS for days to be picked up. Status was never updated.

We were very happy with The product and… We were very happy with The product and the customer service. The delivery company had damages on the Box. And they Notified Us of these damages And explain what we need to do To get a new mat cover for what was damaged. That was even before the product arrived. They also arrived before the scheduled date which was great. Again the customer service was great they notified us of the damages Before they arrived.
