They Care! First off I would like to say that I love their products! So much so I have several things of theirs. Occasionally (as with any company) something may go not as planned. Rest assured, you have no worries with this company. Something so easy as their recommendation to register your purchase product, do it. It’s suggested for a reason. With that said, they truly value their clients and needs and do what they can to assist you. I also wanted to add that the customer service is excellent, something we don’t experience as often as we used to years ago!

great product, great service The on-line description was very helpful & accurate, the reviews gave me a perspective on the product that informed my decision to purchase 2 of them, the products arrived much faster than I expected, & the cushions exceeded my expectations. I have severe scoliosis, + other back problems including sciatica. I used 1 at the opera and my husband said this is the first time in years I've not been squirming in my seat. This blanket is awesome! This blanket is very nice with good texture to sit on, also comes with stakes if you want to use, can easily fit 4-5 adults, it came with a carrying bag and it have a stylish design. Everyone can relax, nap and enjoy in this beautiful blanket.

Relief of pain from sitting I am on kidney dialysis at the kidney clinic. I have to sit still for 4 hours which makes my buns very sore. I tried different bed pillows but not much help. I tried foam rubber, also with very little help. I then got Everlasting Comfort, and it brings considerable relief. Three cheers for Everlasting Comfort!
