Defective bulbs from Bulb… I ordered 6 halogen bulbs from Bulb America Nov 2021 as back-up bulbs for a bathroom light. March 2022, I needed to replace a bulb, tried all 6 brand new bulbs for BulbAmerica and NONE worked, all defective. I emailed their customer service dept, and they told me to contact the manufacturer, it was beyond their 30 day warranty period and they could not help me. I wrote the the owner, nothing... So if you purchase bulbs from BulbAmerica, you have to assume they are defective, and test them as soon as you receive them. Their customer service policy is horrible- Stay Away!!

Great company to do business with. I received in good order a replacement bulb. It is the correct bulb for my application. I had previously ordered the incorrect bulb. The company responded quickly to my needs and corrected my error. They are a very good company and I will use them again.

We needed a germicidal bulb We needed a germicidal bulb, which I guess is sort of like a black-light bulb or UV bulb, but had some other specifications. No other major sites seemed to have this particular type of bulb, so it was great to find out about this site. The bulb shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. It is exactly as advertised and works well.
