Grailzee’s processes are clear on their website and if you are not sure, their customer service team is available to answer any questions right away. I was unsure at first, however I’m glad I went through with both my sale and purchase. The authentication center is also very efficient, once they receive the watch they turn around the authentication within 1 day. Since it’s an auction site, you might get lucky to purchase a watch lower than what it is going for in the grey market as well.

Just wish it was easier to message the seller directly to ask questions about the piece when deciding to buy because not everyone knows about the many differences in watches and this can be used when DMing directly and not being forced to share all messages with all the other buyers Other than that I would give it a 5 star review
