Grailzee’s processes are clear on their website and if you are not sure, their customer service team is available to answer any questions right away. I was unsure at first, however I’m glad I went through with both my sale and purchase. The authentication center is also very efficient, once they receive the watch they turn around the authentication within 1 day. Since it’s an auction site, you might get lucky to purchase a watch lower than what it is going for in the grey market as well.
