Love our curtains Love our curtains. This is the 3rd time I ordered from Curtarra. Their prices are the best I have researched on many websites and the quality is top notch. Our interior designer ask me for their information so she can use them in the future for other clients.

Amateur Designs The website only asks for the rod measurement & doesn’t tell you if you need to ask for more fabric to gather. Having worked with designers before; I emailed support, called the designer hotline & left a message with my ordering information & phone number requesting enough fabric on my tension rod to gather. They NEVER responded back & sent my a curtain that stretches flat across. Also the seams on the sides & hem were HUGE & not visually attractive on sheer fabric. After contacting the support through email, “Josie” tells me I measured wrong, but she will give me a “discount” if I want to reorder? Totally unacceptable. I sent a photo of the curtain they sent me, It’s a JOKE. I received the curtain on Saturday October 28, 2023.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. Answered my questions in a very timely manner and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. We were all very impressed with the quality and the hanging system that they incorporate into the draperies. I will definitely order again! Oh, and their pricing, for custom draperies, is an excellent value!!

I ordered the Gabriel Chenille… I ordered the Gabriel Chenille Herringbone with lining in ivory in early December. They arrived in approximately 3 weeks (what I was quoted) - in time to hang before the holidays. Although the fabric is polyester, they are quite luxurious. For shipping, they were folded into a box and my first thought was that I would have to iron them before hanging - but upon unpacking they laid out smooth and draped perfectly. Should the occasion arise, I would order again.

This is my second order from Curtarra This is my second order from Curtarra. This order was a little different only because the holidays interrupted the delivery schedule. When the curtains arrived, and I hung them we noticed some defects in the material on one set. Where the material creases are there is a noticeable thinness in the material, and it shows as discoloration. We are not complaining because we are satisfied with all of our purchase. I just wanted to let it be known what we found. We would highly recommend Curtarra if anyone is in the market for their products.
