Cluster on NO HOA The ordering process through the website was excellent and customer service were available to answer my questions. After the cluster box was ordered, "a sequence of events" was emailed but events were not carried out accordingly. Installers arrived on time but installation was less than good. If the installers would have just followed the instructions - then it would have been excellent.

Worth the wait After a very long wait, I couldn’t be happier with my beautiful mailbox! When I placed my order, I was told 4-6 weeks however due to materials supply shortage, it took over 3 months to be delivered. The wait was frustrating, however every time I inquired on the status, customer service always provided me with updates on the delay and now that I have my beautiful mailbox, I am delighted… it was totally worth the way longer than promised wait. I am so happy with my choice, there is nothing else like it available anywhere else and it was totally worth the wait!! I highly recommend this company, just be willing to be patient and wait a few months when you order.

Everything went smoothly a great company to do business with! The prices were the best on the internet, customer service was very easy to reach and always helpful. Great communications on shipping and delivery! We had our mailboxes vandalized and low price cluster mailboxes helped turn a bad experience into a good one.

Recently took possession of an 8 box… Recently took possession of an 8 box system. Quality was top notch and very easy to assemble and install. Shipping was delayed due to storms which is no one’s fault, but shipping company failed to provide notice of delay which was frustrating.
