This was my first purchase thru instagram This was my first purchase through the new instagram method of buying. I've been wanting to order from this company for well over a year and this year I treated myself for my birthday! Everything has gone smoothly so far, I'm still waiting for my blanket but I believe it has shipped at this point.I have no issues with waiting, I just didnt know it was a preorder until I asked 3 weeks later. But the customer service has been spot on so far.

Deceitful Customer Service Company swore that they shipped my product when I noticed that the USPS tracking did not update for 2 weeks. They said the package was most likely not scanned in error by USPS. Customer service eventually got back to me (slow response times, FYI) to say that they actually did forget to ship the package. Good on them for owning up to their mistake, but the package did not make it by Christmas and it was a gift.
