We had few issues during installation but all solved within the same day when we contacted them. The products look decent quality. Thanks to Richard from Customer Service for staying on top of things and helping us out. I have my eyes on few other lights already and will buy again.

We bought a fixture called Crystal Rock… We bought a fixture called Crystal Rock from Zenduce 6 months ago. The fixture has been a beautiful addition to our living room. Two of the LEDs stopped working due to a potential short circuit during a recent renovation. We reached out to Zenduce and they provided replacement LEDs free of cost. I would definitely recommend buying from them.

Good product, great customer service. Updated to 4 Stars. After a faulty AC/DC converter failed, Zenduce customer service took extra steps to rectify the issue. Their updates and follow ups were consistent and helpful.

We bought a bunch of fixtures from… We bought a bunch of fixtures from Zenduce for a renovation project. All delivered on time. Outer packaging had minor damages by UPS but the light fixtures were safe due to wooden frame packaging. Customer service is patient and responsive. Quality wise all look fine.
