Terrible Customer service, false product listing claims. Do not recommend buying anything you cant test onsite. Customer service is awful, broken products being misrepresented. Purchased a hot tub and the pump leaks, and bunch of the jets do not work. I called to verify with a Maxsold agent on how can I test this product onsite before picking the unit up, and they stated it would be fine to test the hot tub at home. Story changes after I reported the unit did not work as listed "Working Condition" , The MAXSOLD team stated I would have to test onsite to be eligible for a refund, so i responded to that email stating there own employee informed me I can test at home due to the circumstance of it being a hot tub, even offered to take videos of the hot tub leaking and not working properly. I have not received a response in 4 business days now.

It's not bad, but it's not super either..... My assessment of this company's services is average. The service was standard and didn't stand out in any particular way. The staff were polite. The quality of services met expectations but didn't leave a strong impression. Overall, it's an okay service, but there is room for improvement.

Pick up Day was a super experience The Pick Up experience was phenomenal ! Joseph Muse, Elizabeth and Grace ran a smooth operation starting with Guard Gate. Buyers came, picked up their goods after verification and left. Gate kept pinging me as each buyer came thru. All goods except for a few small items were picked up. Would recommend MaxSold to anyone going thru down-sizing

Easy to use Easy to use, convenient and lots of activity on website. In hindsight we should have included more items in one auction to increase our percentage of profit, rather than selling over a few auctions.

Maxsold was the best decision We are very happy that we selected MaxSold to auction the remaining contents of our home after we moved. It would have been overwhelming for us to try to do this in our own. The staff members we worked with were great, and provided additional guidance that was invaluable in decisions we needed to make to achieve our goals.
