They informed me the item had to be ordered however I needed it within a day. They refunded the full amount, no problems. Great Customer Service. Thank You

GBOrdered product (triangle truss) mid… Ordered product (triangle truss) mid December, received one email indicating delay issues with vendor, asking if alternates might work. Gave info as to specifics, received a reply indicating Joseph would call me with further info. No calls, also no response to follow-up emails requesting updates. I am 2 weeks out from must-have and no inkling whether I will receive this or any alternate product. .
