GBVery Personal and Quick Response to Small Problem The number of possible light bulbs is insane and, as a result, occasional wrong sizes can end up in one's lap. My high rating of 5 is due to the quick fix of an order problem, the system thought the package held 6 bulbs when it held 4. Sleek got back to me quickly. For that, I'd recommend using the email contact they have on the site. Next day, I got a personal phone call and all fixed quickly!
