Provided email that saved the day! I had ordered 2 difference sizes of the dasuquin meds for large and small dogs and I had ordered the 250 ct, we have nine dogs, unfortunately that size has been discontinued so they wrote an email to let me know. Rechecking my original order I discovered that I had made a mistake and ordered all meds for small dogs! So I would have had to send back and reorder! Thanks for being on top of everything. Customer service lady could not of been nicer!

Above and beyond! At the time my order of Denamarin was placed, the listing had not been updated to show the merchandise was back ordered. This was going to be a problem for me. IdealPetXccessories not only located a supply in their area but gave me expedited shipping and got the medicine to me before we ran out. Excellent service!

Most Excellent! I ordered my last batch of Flea & Tick solution from IdealPetXccessories for 2 simple reasons:- 1. They had great reviews from other customers 2. I saved $35 for a box of 6 months flea & tick solution, compared to getting it directly from my vet. Shipping was quick and product was well packed and arrrived in very good condition. I will definitely be ordering my pet's medication from IdealPetXccessories in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them further.

Purchased azodyl I purchased three bottles of as azodyl which is supposed to stay cold. I also purchased a cooler and a cold pack so it would stay cool. I paid $20 for expedited shipping. When I receive my email to say it would ship they shipped it regular mail USPS. I've checked online to see where this company is from there's no mention of where they're from. I called numerous times they tell me to leave my name and number because they're too busy to take my call haven't heard back from anyone. They should be easier to contact.

I am very frustrated as I write this … I am very frustrated as I write this review. I order Azodyl for my cat last Thursday and paid for second day air and the cooler case. When I checked the mail today, still no product and I went online and all I see is the order is confirmed - not even shipped yet. This is very unacceptable - every time I ordered this medicine online with any other company the order shipped that day or the next. Now my cat will be without the medication for a few days as I await its arrival. I went with IdealPetX because their price was a few dollars less expensive but obviously not worth it. I will not order again from them and am waiting to hear when it is shipping or if I need to cancel the order and go with my usual company Allivet. That's what I get for trying to save a couple of dollars - the meds are expensive $83 with shipping but learn and lose.
