You did horrible You did horrible, terrible, not good, extremely bad. The massage chair I purchased does not work, for300$ the chair you must include a stupid 5$ charger. We are going to return the chair as any charger we tried does not work I going to notify hundreds if my friends on social media about my experience with you guys and strongly discourage them from buying anything from you!!!

Good customer service The item I received matched the picture but wasn’t to the expected standard. As I needed the piece I kept it but didn’t contact VidaXL, however, I left a review on Trustpilot. Immediately on seeing the review, VidaXL contacted me to resolve the issue which was really great customer service!

Sink with cabinet reference Product contain small deficiency, after comunication with eshop offer return order or compensation. Order have been sent quickly and completion manual is good I was able quickly assemble product based of them. +Good communication with eshop +Quick shipping time -Quality of product could be better
