I love this thing! My husband is a huge hat collector and without this his hats would be ruined! The ballcap buddy makes it so easy to wash and I don't have to worry about ruining his favorite hats.

I got an email to review the product… I got an email to review the product the day it was shipped; this was premature. The product was delivered 2 days later than originally promised. This was probably due to holiday mail and the USPS closing one day for a Presidential funeral. The ballcap buddy cap washers worked fine. I would suggest that the instructions not be put in the bill of the cage. I didn't see that I was supposed to open the cap from the back on the first one, so I opened the bill. That cage now opens harder than the one I opened from the back. It is a good product, but don't send out your review request until after the product has been delivered.

Best ever! Either in my washer using a light wash or on the top rack of my dishwasher, the Ballcap Buddy works like magic! It is KEY however, to let the recently washed cap completely dry while still inside the Ballcap Buddy which ensures it's shape remains. I highly recommend this product as the first and best in class!

Would not do business with this company… Would not do business with this company they are liars and cheats. Product is sub par. Took me buying from them directly to get product which was half price of Amazon
