Jump pack wouldn't even turn engine over… Purchased one of their J1003 jump packs with tire inflator. It worked fine with the tire inflator, but I tried to jump one of our work trucks with it, and had to return to the shop for jumper cables when it failed to turn over the engine. Another time I went to Costco, left my headlights on, and returned to a dead battery. Having nothing else but this jump pack, I thought I'll have to try it, but I didn't have my hopes up. Again, it failed to even turn the engine over despite reading 89% after the first time I tried using it. I walked over to the tire center and asked if they could give me a jump start. The technician handed me a portable jump pack, I hooked it up, and my car fired right up. I just have a Honda CR-V, not a big diesel or anything. As soon as I got home, I threw all of it in the dumpster.

The add was misleading The add was misleading, I thought I was getting Headlights even though the order stated fog kit. My assumption, based on the presentation in the sales panel, is very misleading and caused confusion. This order will be returned.

Quick response, good customer service I have used the Xenonpro portable jump starter since 2021 as a backup for my motorcycles, as it is compact enough to sit in the cowl. I recently saw my battery had started to bulge a little, and submitted a claim to Xenonpro for their lifetime warranty. It was honored and they immediately sent a replacement. Customer service was prompt. Highly recommend.

Issues on 4300K HID We have been using Xenon Pro HID's for almost a year now. The first set worked well so we ordered more sets for the rest of our trucks but the lasts sets have brought us a lot of trouble. The bulbs didn't always light up on some of the sets and another issue is that the lifespan of these bulb is only around 100 to 200 hours which I hope they will improve.

Fortunately the HIDS work well Order shipped and delivered as promised. Nicely packaged but I was a little surprised there was no shipping doc for return purposes if necessary, no installation instructions or where to get them (although that was fairly simple to figure out). I had to return the first set of HIDs because, apparently, Hyundai does not use the same connectors for their projector lights as others in the auto industry so. I assume this because I order LEDs from another lighting company and the connectors were the same problem. That's not your fault but that's not mine either. The rep who was doing the fact-finding to determine my issue with the lights finally concurred that I needed H11 and 9005 lights. He topped it off by saying "We won't charge you the 15% restocking fee." Well, bully for youse guys! I gave you the lead; make sure this doesn't happen again to your other Hyundai customers. The other light company didn't threaten me with restock fees. They even paid for shipping the lights back to them. That company was Diode Dynamics. I didn't make my final purchase with them this time because they didn't have HID lights for the Hyundai and I wasn't impressed with the light output from the LED bulbs.
