In the past I've had some bad… In the past I've had some bad experiences with companies I've found on Facebook but this company was amazing. The skirt I bought came from Thailand to me in a week. That was amazing as USA companies don't get things to me that quickly.

The Hipimi team is unbelievable !! The Hipimi team is unbelievable !!! I had ordered sandals that I knew were hard to judge the sizing due to the men/women sizing from India. I knew that going in, but chose the wrong size. Finally I measured my foot and asked them to measure the sandals length. That worked !!! They allowed me to exchange the sandals for the correct size, free of any shipping charge !!!! Now that's customer service !!!

If I'd known, I'd have saved the cash. I ordered my product on 10/15/2021 with hopes of having it for a part of my Halloween costume. I paid the $4.99 shipping fee with 3-4 day expectations. I understand COVID still affects the delivery of some companies but I am on day 12 and nothing, They use their own tracking company/tracking software that makes little sense as I am not sure where it is. Maybe US customs in Chicago?
