HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE! I ordered a pair of pants and tried to return. They claimed that the "original" tags had been removed in fact all the tags were on as they came and the pants were unworn. There is no way to contact anyone on the phone it is email only. I asked to have management contact me a minimum of five time with no response. In addition the person emailing me would not give their name. All completely shady business practices. I have had to open a dispute with my credit card to try and get my money back as they have my pants already and are refusing to refund. I order online all the time. The customer service I have received from them is truly shockingly bad. This should stand as a warning to order anything from this company.
