I really appreciate the fact that Kole… I really appreciate the fact that Kole Imports would respond to my inquiries & they ship fast. I hope one day they would come back to the East Coast (not in Manhattan because NYC is chaotic). Why not try opening up another East Coast warehouse in New Jersey? NJ has been voted 2 years in a row for the best state to live in...in my neighborhood people are educated & most of the people earn $175K a year. Pls. consider this suggestion :)

First time customer will order again! This was my first time ordering from Kole Imports. I was nervous because I needed these acrylic frames for an event and no delivery date was specified. Luckily, my order arrived quickly and in good condition, with no broken frames out of 100!

I love me some Kole Imports &… I love me some Kole Imports & Closeouts. I was sent some damaged clocks. After submitting a few documents I was reimbursed and given a discount off my next order. I would have reorder but the product was out of stock. I will continue ordering from KI&C. If shipping wasn't so much I would probably have most of their inventory in my store.

Kole is a great resource... Kole is a great resource for those times when we are in need of product. They always have a great selection, and the pricing cannot be beat. The only improvement they can make is ensuring that product is shipped on the requested time frames when possible. Outside of that our rep Emanuel is awesome and alway takes steps to constantly update on the newest product arrivals that match our typical purchase.

Good distributor, big selection, good prices I have used this distributor multiple times and the product has always come as described and in good condition. One time when I had an issue, it was a bit tough to get to the right person, but once I spoke with Michael Franco, he resolved and situated everything for me, helping with things he did not have to help with, and I remain a happy customer.
