I bought a gold mangalsutra to test Karmaplace since I never bought from them previously and I bought from other places and never received my purchase. I admit that I was a little impatient. I learned that I need to be patient because the product is so beautiful that it is worth the wait. This piece is so affordable and it looks like it was made for me. So happy that I get to wear such a gorgeous piece the rest of my life. Ty Karmaplace and ty to the craftsman that created this piece I will definitely treasure. I ordered a Lehenga for a wedding in… I ordered a Lehenga for a wedding in December that never arrived. I sent an email and called customer service but they never responded. I did finally receive a notification that some issues were happening in their customer service department and I did end up getting a full refund. I will admit it was frustrating at first, but I do understand issues do come up. I was happy they were able to give me a full refund.

Products were perfect Products were perfect. As is in the picture. Overall a good experience except the shipping part. There was a mistake from their side while entering the address with DHL. So once it was shipped,me as a customer had to deal with the DHL guys and Karmaplace didn’t recheck nor follow up from their side.
