I ordered 2 kurtis and saree with… I ordered 2 kurtis and saree with custom stitched blouse. The kurtis were as shown and the best part was they called to re-confirm my size, they were good for the price. I was really impressed by the custom blouse, the stitching quality was amazing. I received my order in 2 parts, it did take a bit of time, the kurtis came in about 10 days and the saree and blouse too 2 weeks.

The fabric is great, washed well without shrinking or fading and feels comfortable. The embroidery and finishing touches are nice. The cut and fit are elegant. The clothes are really beautiful and I feel great in them

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service! Actually, I don't think customer service exists with this company. I've left several voicemails(no one ever picks up) and sent a few emails, all unanswered. At this point, I'm not confident that the items I ordered will arrive. If however, my items don't arrive as promised and they refuse to send me a refund, I'll report their charges as fraud with my CC. I'll also report them to the BBB. Their glowing reviews on sitejabber.com and trustpilot.com are obviously fake. Appears Karmaplace has paid this dude with different accounts to write these reviews.

Extremely dissatisfied at this point on… Extremely dissatisfied at this point on lack of response or communication. After several emails, calls, text, absolutely no response or status update. Still waiting for a response to exchange size. Did measurement according to their website, still came out too small. I ordered these for an event thats going to happen in less than 2 weeks. original order date was more than a month ago. I'll never buy from this site again.

Incorrect fabric I had a great experience with this shop! My saris came very quickly and were very beautiful. The one issue I had was it stated it was going to be a certain type of fabric and the sari is cotton, a bit disappointed by that but for the price I guess it’s what it is.
