I Failed Miserably I failed miserably to read the details of the product description. Although, it was my doing they kindly refunded me the entire amount. Very understanding and cooperative.

Doormat not shipped I ordered a doormat that was not customized or anything just a doormat. They sent out a tracking on September 5th that said it was shipped. It is now September 10th and it still says it's a waiting the merchandise. It says that label was created and waiting for merchandise. So that means in 5 days they have not gotten the merchandise yet. I don't like this company at all. I emailed them and got a response saying that it's on my way and not to worry. I beg to differ because my tracking number still says awaiting for merchandise. The site is definitely a scam
