GBNeed to CONFORM, or ELSE I ordered and paid for a Gucci bag but ended up returning it the next day. Prior to returning it, I ordered the Gucci I originally wanted. I contacted Queen Bee of Beverly Hills’ and spoke with Rebecca to keep her apprised of the situation. She informed me that the second bag I had ordered was actually listed but “not available”. A few days later, I seen the same bag, (second one), on Poshmark, (listed by Queen Bee),and ordered and paid for it in full. That one, too, was cancelled. I believe that Rebecca (owner) took it personally that I returned the first bag. BTW, 15 days later and no refund on the first bag. Queen Bee states that: “Refunds will be processed within 2 business days”. If you do not conform to the owner’s standards, then you will not be able to purchase through them. Please be wary of their sales tactics! Update: My money was refunded the day after I wrote this review…the entity that processed my card contacted Queen Bee numerous times requesting a refund, to no avail. One can conclude that it was not until I wrote this review that action was taken by Queen Bee.
