GBFirst time customer. Have not received any shipping information This is the first time I have ordered from Aidan Gray. I ordered lighting ($1895) through their website on April 27, 9 days ago. I received a confirmation, but tracking information has not been provided. I called and left a VM and sent an email earlier this week, Monday I believe, with no response. I called the next day and spoke with John, who was very kind and offered to get in touch with someone so that perhaps I could get shipping information soon. I am absolutely bewildered as I've never waited this long to get shipping information when something is in stock. The confirmation states that the order will be processed immediately. My husband has a small company and I can assure you that communication is never like this. I expect more from Aidan Gray.

GBAfter the order was placed but well… After the order was placed but well before shipment, I contacted customer service to change the ship to address on the order. Unfortunately, I did not note the CSR's name. I was told that I would be called back to ensure the ship to address was changed on the order. She did contact me and told me that the shipping address had been changed and there wouldn't be a problem with the shipment. Unfortunately, that did not happen and the shipment went to the wrong address.

GBNeed to get rid of Burke decor..waited… Need to get rid of Burke decor..waited a month to get lamps & after canceled & order from Aiden Gray Burke decor lamps came the same day. Called American Express to refund my money from Burke decor. Now waiting to find out how to send the lamps back I cancelled. Don’t need 4 lamps...horrible experience. Very time consuming because of all the emails and phone calls that had to be made. Most ironic is the day I cancelled the lamps Burke decor said it would be another couple of days before they could tell me the status of lamps!!!!!and then WOW show up. All documented with American Express who has refunded my money from Burke decor...very very suspicious.
