GBThe Great Shopping Experience with Sage & Sill! The experience shopping with Sage & Sill was a good one! The only disadvantage was that the initial delivery time was a very long one. After the long wait, the order I received was damaged in transit. The package itself was very securely wrapped though, so I'm not sure how the damage occurred. I reported the damage immediately & followed through on the information the company needed, including photos of the damaged item. I explained I only needed a replacement bulb for the item, as that was what I sent the picture of. To my surprize though, today I received a whole new replacement order, not just the broken part (the bulb)! And it was super quick too! Thanx so much, Sage & Sill...🖤

CADo Not buy from this company I requested a refund for a product I received that was damaged upon arrival. The request was submitted in early November 2021. Despite multiple attempts to reach Sage and Sill via email and their online customer service form, I have received no response. This appears to be a fake company running a scam website. Please avoid sending your money to them.

GBProduct did not in anyway resemble the… Product did not in anyway resemble the produce I ordered. I paid to return the item, and was never refunded any money. So it cost me money more money in the end to receive poorly crafted junk.

GBThe product (planter) I ordered was a… The product (planter) I ordered was a bit too pricey but of good quality. It is different to all the products I have seen on UK websites and matches with my other decor. Shipping may take some time but this may be normal for overseas deliveries.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THEM I WISH THAT I READ THE REVIEWS 1ST! IF THERE WAS A "0" OR NEGATIVE STAR, THAT IS WHAT I WOULD GIVE THEM. VERY BAD FOREIGN CO. Bought an item from them and the electrical light did not work. Could not get a response from company for return information, and no phone number to contact them. Finally returned the item per their instructions and I had to pay for the shipping. This company claimed they never received the returned defective item. I emailed the tracking number and confirmation, still they denied receiving it. Contacted PayPal to dispute the charges. This company lied to PayPal regarding the situation. This company would not give me a refund, so I am out $65 and PayPal won't hold them accountable.
