Potential UK customers read this. UK customers need to know that items need to be returned to Germany, at your own expense, and using the 'tracked' option. I had ordered XL gloves, but they were too small, even though my measurements met the 'size guide.' To return them by Royal Mail tracked to Germany cost me £12.15! They were on my hands for less than 30 seconds. That's a pretty hefty price just to try something on for size! So if, like me, you assume the return address for items is in the UK, think again!

BIG FRAUD COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I won't give you the order number because you didn't give any phone number so that my lawyer could speak to your customer service. You are scammers, you constantly reply the same thing, giving explanations for the lost shipment in Germany, offering tracking numbers that don't work. Please stop your AI repliers answering our complaints and give a customer service phone number so my legal team could talk to a human ( even though I doubt you are educated enough to comunicate with others in any language ). I hope one of these days you'll have a visit from the police. But you'll just change your domain and continue scamming unaware users around the net.

Terrible Company Don’t touch them with a barge pole. You can never get in touch with them until you do it via PayPal This could be a one off but I would try elsewhere
