GBTook way to long for the shoes to ship… Took way to long for the shoes to ship and it took literally almost a month to receive them. The company needs to be on it when people order from them and no one wants to be waiting for weeks for their order

GBCommunication Can Improve I placed an order and received an order confirmation, and then two or three weeks went by, and I never received an email that my order had shipped so I reached out and it took quite a bit of time for someone to respond to me. I feel like communication can be improved. I had to get upset for someone to reach out to me and they issued me a refund when I didn’t ask for one. I asked for the order that I placed when I reached out again no one has responded so now I have a refund that I don’t want and I have no idea whether my order will be shipped, which is what I originally wanted to know.

GBsuper patient and nice !! There was a buunch of random issues (my fault, i put in the wrong address lol) and she was sooo understanding and patient and FINALLY i got my awesome jacket after we worked everything out!! Great quality clothes AND customer service.
