The whole process was stressful The whole process was stressful. The place that showed for payment with our bank was not mentioned when ordered. So that was an ordeal. Not clear on how long it will actually take to ship and then deliver. It's not the 3 to 5 days from. Time ordered its about 10 business days from order date. I gave 4 stars because 1 when I had questions customer service was great and checked in often until it was resolved. Also the product was exactly what I ordered and got here in great condition. Overall it was fine.

I love the picture i purchased but the… I love the picture i purchased but the picture was to have my wife and my name, and our wedding day printed on the picture, but it did not. So, the picture was nice but not what I wanted and ordered. What can be done to correct this problem?
