All I had to do was basic maintenance oil change, brake check, etc. I saved around 15k on a great vehicle. Do your due diligence and research your investment. If vehicle is being sold by an insurance company you’re likely to have a good experience. If a dealer is selling you should wonder why they’re selling at auction rather than on the lot. The fees are going to almost double the winning bid/buy it now cost, be prepared to pay $1,400 for a winning bid of $750.. personal experience. That was without shipping costs.

A Great Broker Experience! Customer service is always available with a quick phone call. They were courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to make things work. They even stayed late on a Friday to finalize my purchase so that I could pick it up Monday morning! Their fees are reasonable though the auction fees portion of their fees was higher than other brokers I have used. Having said that, their broker fee was much more reasonable. I love that they give me access to IAA and Copart in the same broker. I will use them again!

Only complaint was that I wish the… Only complaint was that I wish the whole process would be told to me right after I bought it or before I went to pick it up. I had to go to the one place to pick up paperwork then one place to pick up the car.

I have won two auctions from this site… I have won two auctions from this site only to be contacted and made to either up my bid or offer a counter offer. Which is usually close to what you would pay for the vehicle in an open market through actual car dealer. If the vehicle has a reserve it should be disclosed at the time of bidding by the auction. If not it's a waste of your time and a hold on your credit card which means you can't bid on anything else for the entire back and forth process and until your deposit is credited back to your account. Total waste of time use copart instead. Funny enough the car was listed there too(verified via vin) which has the auctions reserve
