First and Last Ordered a $15 bathroom ceiling fan. Paid $20 for shipping. When I received the product, I realized it didn't fit my assembly, so when I went to return it, I realized they do not cover the charge of return shipping and charge a 25% restocking fee. In this day and age of internet shopping, this business model is not going to work. I won't be doing business with Luxicore in the future.

Fixture Took too long, multiple delays, and push outs. There was some communication but delivery did not happen as promised. The count is also off and we are now short one fixture. Immediately reported it but have not heard what is going to be doe about it.

Great lampshades, good price Lampshades are lovely and very well made. Cost per shade is by far the best I've found however shipping is pricey so better deal if ordering multiple shades.
