I did finally get a response from this… I did finally get a response from this company via messenger yesterday after posting my trust pilot review and I can confirm I have today received a full refund from them, for this I have upped my star level based purely on those two factors. They gave me some explanations regarding the product, the packaging and the UK return address, however I personally found the explanations somewhat strange and I remain very skeptical.

What an absolute piece of junk! What an absolute piece of junk!! Do not buy this!! I had a toy rifle in 1970s that when you pressed the trigger it projected something onto ceiling, this is no better! Do not waste your money!! I intend asking for a refund!!

Great Lights After receiving a faulty item initially, we had a replacement sent very quickly. The light itself is of very good quality and has a variety of pattern and colour combinations.

I recently ordered the Aureal Northern… I recently ordered the Aureal Northern Lights Projector and just received it. This is my second projector I purchased from Hall of Galaxy and I’m very happy with both, one for my living room and the other one for my kid’s room. One of them I’ve had for over a year and it works great. The one thing I would like to request is to be able to purchase the remote by itself because my toddler messed one of them up and luckily it still works but definitely would be a plus. Other than that I really hope you guys can keep making cool stuff. Love it.
