They truly have no customer service and… They truly have no customer service and their products are junk. I have left so many messages on their 800 customer service number and have sent many emails regarding a return that I have sent back. I have not received any reply back. The tracking number of the item says it was delivered to them weeks ago and I have not received my refund. I don't trust this company and I will never buy from them again. I pretty much chalked this one up as a complete loss.

Don’t buy from Mr. Tuanix I’ve placed my order with Mr. Tuanix on May 20th. I ordered two waist bags for running and hiking. It is now May 28th and I haven’t heard any updates on my it. I contacted the company 3 times via email with no response. Even though it says that they are supposed to reply in one business day. I checked my spam folder many times and there was nothing there either. The website is very unclear. There is no contact information. The search button can’t find anything and shows error message most of the time. I haven’t received my order yet, but I am already thinking of canceling it. I’ve placed many orders online with other retailers and never had such a bad customer service and unresponsive company as Mr. Tuanix. I don’t mind waiting for my items as long as the company can provide me with the updated status information and give me some type of idea of when to expect my package.

Honestly when I purchase something that… Honestly when I purchase something that is made in china, I’m a little skeptical. I have to say, other than having to take a few minutes to figure how the pencil attachment fit. It’s a relatively well built scribing tool. Very functional. Would recommend it if you’re in the need for one.

Never received item!!! I bought an animated elephant plush and still have NOT received it. I’ve tried to reach out to them, but still haven’t gotten a response. Buyers beware.
