1000% SCAM If I could put 0 starts I would. I was sketchy about this site and was in need of hearing aids. They sell cheap ones, but I warn you. THIS IS A SCAM. My order was being "processed" for a week. It's longer than it should take. The address for the company is in 3 different countries, depending where you look. There are spelling errors on the website. The communication is NON EXISTENT, you try to call or email and no response, they dont even try and get back to you.

Absolutely awful company Absolutely awful company. Ordered a multi purpose monitor. I believed the site to have been in the UK as nowhere did it mention China and was in GBP. Unfortunately before it arrived the person who it was ordered for had passed. I contacted customer services who told me I had to return with a tracking number to get a refund. To do this via Royal Mail cost £20.35!! Absolutely insane and daylight robbery. No sympathy for the reason for return. I paid £59.99 for the monitor and now will only get £38.65 of that back. It should state the item is coming from china clearly… had it done that, I would not have bought it, and these sellers know this!!😡 should not be allowed to pretend to be in the UK . Also prior to this their first response was to offer me a 30% discount to keep it… the person has died!! They also told me to mark the package as under £10 so as I did not get any customs charges… I think they meant themselves! That’s lying!

I ordered hearing aids .. I ordered hearing aids ... I received an email that my order was in process and i would receive an email with approximate delivery date ... never got one. My credit card was charged! I have tried to contact Steezia numerous ways and have never received a response ... I know they have the right email ... because I received an email from them when I placed my order ... I'm going to dispute the charge and report them as a fraudulent company

Don’t waste your money These hearing aids are no where near as good as nhs prescription hearing aids all they really are is mini amplifiers … I never realised how good prescription hearing aids were until I purchased some of these … there are sounds I can’t hear without my nhs aids … and I can’t hear those sounds with steezia aids …get yourself some aids that are suited to your hearing capabilities as prescribed by professional audiologists .
