FRAUD FRAUD. STAY AWAY. This company is a fake and a fraud and their website lures you in to purchasing their products and then you end up subscribed to their useless tea. You keep clicking to get out of their site and you end up with an order you didn't authorise and a bill to pay.

Ordering not transparent I order 2 x bags and then got another window that implied I was getting a further 75% off so selected the 2 bags only to realise I had been charged twice. I requested a full refund and have received my full refund today. Thank you Alora! Advice for the company is to make each step of an order much clearer to avoid any ambiguity for customers.

Wronglycharged I was fooled into being charged twice and for much more than I ordered. I tried to change the order but was refused so now I will try to stop my credit card payment. I thought I was paying £15 but they charged me twice and it's for over £78. I feel cheated and want a refund.

Avoid!! Avoid!! Ordering just the one bag, thinking the order hadn’t gone through you think you’re then getting a deal for 3 packs for the same price. They then take 2 lots of money out and if you try and cancel they say it’s too late and the order has shipped! Customer service is pretty poor and I’m now charged for something I don’t want! Funny how you can’t reply to their response on here. Have tried contacting them several times via email.. absolutely useless! Please don’t think about ordering..
