This is a company you can trust I have done business with this company for a few years now and everything has always been done professionally with that feeling of quality you expect when making significant purchases. Recently I found myself a little behind financially and on the hook for a large sum with Aabids. I was stressed and generally unfriendly with my words but the customer service team members there were unfazed and resolved my issue calmly which helped me tremendously. If you’re thinking of making a purchase with this company but are understandably nervous about sending a large sum in the hopes a package will arrive with what you won …. You can be confident everything will go according to plan. You can trust this company … there are no “bots” to deal with but real people who care about their customers and want to do the right thing. Not every auction house is like that …. But these guys are the real deal.

Upon receiving my "paid in full"… Upon receiving my "paid in full" invoice, they then said I owed them shipping charges which then had me looking into the terms agreement which only states that there are no local pickups, they will combine lots, and that they ship UPS or USPS. Does not state shipping not included. I am in the process of complaining to BBB, as well as Hibid. After my post, they refunded all my money and then made it to where I have to be approved at each auction house, Like I was the one at fault. I now only deal with my local auction house where I am appreciated.

Good and bad I've mostly had good experiences with AAbids, with the auctions. I've never had a problem with the jewelry i won at auction except one time when i won a ring, in the description stated it was 14kt gold but it keeps turning my finger green and none of my other jewelry i purchased from AAbids turns. So I don't know what happened with this paticular ring but its very disappointing. That is the reason why i haven't been participating in anymore auctions. Ive wone plenty of auctions with AAbids but im apprehensive now.

Aabids will lie to you This company operates mostly on highbid.com as well as their own website. They are auction company that will lie to you and deceive you about the items that you bid on and how they will be received by you. They told me specifically that the gold I purchased would come in an assay card, but when it arrived, it simply came wrapped in tore up bubble wrap with zero certificate or assay card. They easily could’ve told me the truth upfront about how the gold would be received. I suppose they are like most companies nowadays, and are perfectly happy with lying to its customers to make a buck.
