Older purchase, but still love the product! My purchase was made a year or two back, and I had not read any reviews before I made my purchase. I'd ordered a hot/cold tumbler with a dia de Los muertos design. I did receive periodic emails letting me know what was going on with my product, as it was personalized with my name, which I missed when I picked it out. I did get the tumbler and love it. The design is still great after all this time, but the lid seems to be in a state of disintegration. I have to replace the lid to keep using this cool tumbler. The only way I've found to contact them is via Facebook, and if I get a response, I'll be surprised

Big time disappointment! I purchased a tumbler and I was very disappointed with it. It looked nothing like the website pictures. I tried to return it but I would had to pay 6 times more than what I paid for the item itself because I had to pay for extra shipping due to it being from over seas. I reached out to Saniede Shop but they refused to refund me, they offered to give me a 15% off of the next purchase as if I would want to go thru the same with another of their items.

Although this is not your fault Although this is not your fault, my package was misdelivered, and I never received the item. You must have insurance with the carrier and can receive a refund. However, I am still without a product or a refund. I have written several emails with no satisfaction. I just want the item replaced or a refund. Thank you.

Products are nice but customer service… Products are nice but customer service is non existent. They don't respond in a timely manner or at all. They do not keep you updated regarding a shipment's arrival. My item took over one month to arrive and I did not receive any updates, explanations or apologies.

Buyer Beware! Item ordered on Dec 1st with expected shipping receipt within 5-10 days as stated. Here it is Dec 24th and tracking info provided is unclear. It may be in the States, or not. Never order from this place. They use absurd shipping methods and partners in this modern time. Requested full refund and no response yet.
