Can someone please reply? Haven’t heard anything since placing my order about a week ago. Seems kind of sketchy. About to cancel my order if I continue to hear nothing. Seems like a lot of people are having the same complaints.

My order was cancelled with no… My order was cancelled with no explanation. I received three emails. One that said my order was shipped, then one a few minutes later that said it was cancelled, then a THIRD one that said it was processed and shipped. So I emailed you directly, which you responded quickly, saying that my order was cancelled. what the heck happened?

Missed 5 Stars by an inch. I give only four stars because I was trying to use my Master Card and kept getting “Unable to process”, or something similar, even though I use my M/C all the time for most purchases. Finally Jarasim accepted my American Express, and with that it was easy and appears to be very thorough.

Horrible service Horrible service cancelled the transaction so as to offer the same item at a HIGHER cost I went ahead and repurchased the item as per Jarasim suggestion only to have Jarasim cancel the transaction YET AGAIN after marking it as "shipped" A complete waste of time and a ruined birthday
