They best the next best price by $35, shipped quickly, packaged it well to keep it unbroken, and had a customer service rep call me to make sure I received it and everything was good. Would order from them again!

I had a terrible experience with save… I had a terrible experience with save lights. The 4 lights we ordered took months to arrive. When they finally came all 4 had major damage. When we could contact a rep they did nothing to help us. They requested we send them pictures several times which we did and never received new lights or our money back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SAVELIGHTS!!

I am cancelling out my previous opinion … I am cancelling out my previous opinion relative to Savelights.com. I took the lamp shade to a local glass company and the shade is indeed glass, as described. It is a beautiful lamp. My apologies to Savelights.
