Order issues I placed my order and never received a confirmation e-mail or receipt. When I asked the chat agent, Lara, about this I was told that she would create a ticket and her team would fix that -- I never did get the confirmation e-mail. I have asked in the chat a number of times about the status of my order. When there is no chat agent available, an automated message says a ticket was created and I would get an e-mail. I have not received an e-mail regarding my order status. I finally got in contact with the chat agent, and was told that there was an unforeseen issue with my order and that shipping was delayed. I asked why I hadn't been notified and was told that they have sent me an e-mail every day. I have not received any e-mails despite confirming my e-mail address on the order page and checking my spam. I hope that I am just unlucky, but this website feels like a scam after interacting with it and the support 'team'.
