I received the two lamps I ordered I received the two lamps I ordered. One from Kickstarter and one from Indiegogo. Beautiful thingS THEY ARE. I am fully aware of the issue that have plagued their business model and I’m sorry to see so many people that have been ripped off by the incompetence of the people delivering the lamps. I have been a 5 star customer throughout. BUT… to add to the nonsense that this company have created .. they no longer provide the app that runs all the cool RGB features that I paid for. I still have a cool lamp. But the fact remains that it is no longer the lamp I paid for. The makers replied to my concern tonsaybitvwould have the app back in service. That was over a year ago. What a bunch of cowboys.

Terrible treatment of their Kickstarter… Terrible treatment of their Kickstarter backers. these guys took my money almost 7 years ago, and built their business with it. They are selling products online now and have no intention to send me the product which I backed, or fulfill their promises to their multitude of backers from Kickstarter or IndieGoGo campaigns which they ran back to back. Every 6 months or so they claim "shipping soon" but there is no intention by them to fulfill their promised orders. They are now demanding additional money in order to ship products out. Total Scam Behaviour.

At this point I wish I could gather all of those who backed the project initially and create some sort of class action suit. Absolutely terrible company!! How the F are you going to treat your original investors like this. Absolute BS.

This was a massive scam This was a massive scam. I ordered mine as an early backer on kickstarter, never received it in 4 years and then was asked to pay a premium supplement to get it shipped 4 years later. in 2016 it was a novelty and seemed nice, in 2022 when I received it not so much, better and cheaper products out there. The lamp is only bluetooth, app is not working and has never been updated. An expensive lamp !

Great if you have persevered Ordered a Lampster as part of the original Kickstarter campaign. Then a long wait over 4 years with varying intervals between updates on status. Finally, after some renewed efforts, the lamp arrived Nov 2020 in time for Christmas. Having been with us for a couple of months, happy to confirm that it was worth the wait. The lamp is excellent, just as initially proposed, bright and well integrated into the app. Very stable if the body is weighted with some high density filler. Overall a great product - although so much better if it had arrived an awful lot sooner.
