Great product, great support. I am a skilled DIY’er, but have never installed shutters like these before. The measurement instructions were clear. The process was fantastic. Just hours after submitting my order I was called by a someone from the ShutterStore. They suggested a modification which was a big improvement. After approving the final design the shutters were delivered in 3 weeks. Installation was easy. The shutters look great and are easy to operate. I was impressed with the amount of extra hardware supplied. I am very happy, but more important my wife is happy!

NOT in the USA EDIT: Got another song and dance response, but I can prove their search results add your state to the end of their store name (screenshot sent to them - wish Trustpilot allowed screenshots). Also, the reply from them referred to a SECOND order I placed "before realizing their manufacturer is in CHINA and my first order hasn't shown up). Nothing was said about the FIRST order that was promised "7-11 weeks" and is now in its 12th week with no shipment forthcoming. They offered to cancel my order(s). Let's see how reliable THAT turns out to be. Be VERY careful clicking on this website. If you google "shutter store" it will show you a result that makes you think they're located in YOUR state, but in actuality - they have an ordering system in Nevada and orders go through CHINA. And THAT'S why you have a 7-11 week timeframe for orders to come through. Every time I ask where my shutters are - I get a song and dance about the lead time - but we are now OVER that lead time and they are STILL not "ready to ship - and we'll let you know when they are".

Great product Lead time was 8 to 12 but it was worth the wait. My shutters fit perfectly with my measurements and all hinges fit to correct pieces meaning you cannot put the wrong shutters in the wrong places.. I'm very happy as these match my existing Home Depot installed shutters. They cost triple what I paid here. Dont pay for costly installers. You can't go wrong.

My second order with The Shutter Store. The sales representative, I believe Laura was her name, followed up right away with my on-line order with a phone call. Since I was a previous customer she made sure that everything on my current order matched with my previous order. She was very thorough and knowledgeable, I was impressed.
