The drawers were high quality on rollers. Other drawers I have used get stuck or are difficult to open, sometimes subject to wear and tear but these seem like they will last a long while.

While they need to up the speed of their customer service, they overall are great and helpful, and I'm super excited to see what they come out with next.

Medium price for premium goods My growing knife collection needed a stylish and practical home, so I ordered The Armada. The price feels fair for the premium look and feel of the piece. The unit comes triple-boxed for safety, which was appreciated. When I found a deep scratch on one side of my unit, I sent a photo to customer service, and they had a new unit shipped to me immediately, no further questions asked. I'd definitely buy from H&H again. It'll give me an excuse to buy more knives...

I was gifted a watch display for… I was gifted a watch display for Christmas and WOW! I had seen reviews on YouTube and watched to at least check out the product. So I put it on my list, not really expecting it. When I opened the box, I was met with some of the best packaging. That alone was an awesome experience to unbox. The display itself is absolutely beautiful and made with higher quality components that make it feel way more premium than I was expecting. The plexiglass isn’t cloudy and the wood is REAL wood, not that cheap IKEA stuff. For any enthusiast of collecting watches or other EDC stuff, I can’t recommend buying one of the products from H & H!
