Horrible customer service I have never worked with a worse company. They did not fulfill the online order. They did not respond promptly to multiple inquiries. They made promise after promise, which were never kept. Horrible!

I am having a hard time tracking the… I am having a hard time tracking the order. Also I had to order another box the next day & there was no way to update my order so I had to pay shipping charges again. There was no phone number to call & check on the order or update

Easy! The website was easy to navigate and gave me appropriate search results immediately. I could read the specs & buy in a few minutes, saving me precious time.

DECEPTIVE REVIEWS and POOR BUSINESS This company and its reviews are HIGHLY DECEPTIVE. If you read the reviews, most of the 5 star ratings are provided at the initial order and NOT AFTER PRODUCT ARRIVAL. You then see the "Update" that the wrong product was shipped of the product never got there, refunds were rare as was communication. I ordered a prodect, had repeated requests for shipping fees that were supposed to be free and then found out the product I wanted was discontinued. They could not get it but they kept trying to charge me. I cancelled my order and I am now waiting for the shipping fee refund. I may just have to visit their office personally to get it.

Red Galanz My first response after my order, but before my investigating the price, the availability, and the shipping: Great price. Great service. Prompt response. I'll try to write more when the fridge arrives about delivery times and the workings of the fridge. And here is a kicker: free shipping is a lottery. It is not as advertised. I may get feee shipping or, I am told, the shipping cost may increase. The explanation was, "*Please note all orders are subject to approval." In conversation, with a customer care person, I was told the shipping could take weeks. I advise being careful.
