The installer, Barret Smith, was a very professional installer and explained all of the system to our satisfaction. I have never had such fast results from any business before. On time and professional. Showed up on time, even texted to say he was on his way. Very professional, courteous and did a great job explaining the system and showing how to use it. Cleaned up afterwards and left the job looking good and working great. Really nice, easy to use touch screen keypad. Very pleased and will definitely recommend their services.

The installation technician was very helpful and knowledgeable! The installation technician was very knowledgeable and helpful with setup and explaining how to use the equipment. As hot as it is (°98), probably °110 in the attic. He worked nonstop for about 5 hours !! I kept telling him that he could take a break in the house with AC, but he declined because he wanted to finish! When he finally finished he then sat with myself and my wife and walked us through on how to use the system. Sean (The technician), I feel went above and beyond to assure that we were able to use the monitored alarm system! Thank you Sean !!
