In the Boston office, who took us through the initial application and explained in detail the system components as well as the time frame for installation to Nick, the technician who installed the system in our home (he was thorough and patient, as he fielded our questions and concerns) to Connie, who helped us with the mobile app....she was so polite and personable! These employees were truly dedicated to giving the best possible customer service! Thank you!

GBJust switched from ADT to Alarm New… Just switched from ADT to Alarm New England and these guys have been professional from the sales process through the installation. Dorothy answered my questions - of which I had many becuase I am so detailed - without judgement or by simply responding wih the "company line." I am fairly certain that if she could get "past" me she can get through most people because I am not easy! So far the Honeywell system seems very good. Denzel who did the installation was calm, methodical and professional.

GBJohn did an excellent job of adding… John did an excellent job of adding smoke alarms and another camera to my security system. John was very knowledgeable about the system and he answered all my questions so that I understood the system and how it works. John was very neat working and I was very comfortable having him work in my home. New England alarm u have a very valuable employee John working for u.

GBGreat service Great service Signup was great and super friendly, the price was better than others. The installation technician (takeover) was great and very diligent and spent the time to do things correct (and fix mistakes from prior install by other company) and showed us how everything worked. Only negative (4 vs 5 stars) is the scheduling department for the service/install was terrible. I had to escalate to get things sorted on that side but, the signup and install were flawless.

GBThis is the best customer service I… This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The only reason I rated them 4-stars and not 5-stars is because they do not proactively update your system. If they come out to the house for some reason and notice that you are a few updates behind, then they perform the updates. Even if the updates are not essential, they should probably contact each customer and inform them that an update is available and let the customer decide if they want to perform the update. Most can probably be handled without a person coming to the home.
