We are hugely impressed with the range… We are hugely impressed with the range of granite and quartz options available. Initially not knowing what the differences were, Mayfair explained the differences and then helped us decide which would work well with our kitchen cabinet style and colour - so helpful!. The measuring and installation went with such ease. The technology they use to measure, meant it installed perfectly - even with our slightly squiffy walls and now we have a finished kitchen of our dreams.

We do not recommend Mayfair granite. Placing the order after their very good sales pitch was straightforward. After installation, on the same day, we discover a part of the worktop has a scratch - phoned them and email them. Since today I am still waiting for a resolution (they kept telling me to use "wonder wipes"). Nothing worked. We had someone external to have a look, the person says it may require polishing a little as it seems to be factory damage or carrier damage where another part of the quartz touched it. Added to that, Although we paid, no final invoice confirming all the money paid and no product guaranty. We will be making a claim via our card issuer. We do not recommend Mayfair granite. Stick with whoever is supplying your kitchen as service would be better. We should have!

Friendly and helpful firm to work with We recently had Mayfair Granite supply and fit our beautiful quartz website, which I am thrilled with. There were some difficult corners, but these were not a problem at all to the fitters. Our kitchen cupboards were in quicker than initially thought which meant that we needed the work surfaces fitted sooner. Kitchen problem. We had a space in our new kitchen which was an unusual shape. Our supplier said that they couldn't make a worktop to fit, so I contacted Mayfair who gave me a quote which was very reasonable. They came out, measured up, and in less than two weeks fitted the worktop. An excellent job, it fitted perfectly, the fitter was very pleasant and professional. Well pleased!!.

From the beginning, we had transparent communication on what to expect during the templating visit, and they confirmed the appointment too. Our templater, Steve, texted me the day before to confirm what time he would be arriving. I’m delighted to say that Steve was incredible during our kitchen templating. He is very friendly and answered all of our questions with expert knowledge. The process was very straightforward, and I’m really happy with the service we’ve received from Mayfair.
