Carpeting and vinyl flooring install... I ordered carpeting for my living room and hallway, and vinyl for my bathroom. The installers that showed up the first time were unprofessional and could not perform the installation. I contacted the owner, Amanda, and she apologized for the mishap and insisted she would remedy the issue. Almost a week later, she and a hired installer arrived to finish the installation. It was done well, and she put flooring in a small foyer and closet at no cost. I believe Amanda is a great owner and that the issue was with the installers. I would recommend Williams Flooring Carpet One and I think she has made the necessary adjustment to her installation crews.

Careful and competent installation They called to let us know they were coming. They carefully remove the furniture. They were effective and neat in the removal of the old rug. The installation was thorough and looks great. The crew are great representatives for Williams Flooring.
