I have ordered several times..but the… I have ordered several times..but the last time the wait time for shipment was alot longer..had to call to check on status...e mail or some kind of notice should have been sent I had customers waiting dye to my not having materials to do the work.. You are not the only company that has been behind in shipping...awnings are way behind...so it definitely affects my business and customer satisfaction. The screen door kit we ordered was as expected The screen door kit we ordered was easy to assemble, well packed, and exactly the right size. The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars was that there were no instructions on how to install the sweep on the screen door (I figured it out, but to get the edges cut correctly took some trial and error), and that production took 2 weeks.

Great customer service Great customer service! When my screen first arrived it fit the window perfectly but the mounting hardware was mounted on the wrong sides (basically built 90-degrees off). After reaching out to the customer service team, they responded the next business day and had already started working on a replacement screen. It arrived a short time later and fits perfect. Yes there was a little delay due to being built twice, but clearly a company that stands by their product and ensures that their customers receive a quality screen that meets their needs. Highly recommend them again!

We recently ordered the Milano 100… We recently ordered the Milano 100 retractable screen. The package had obviously been dropped by FEDEX and we had to contact affordable screens for a few replacement parts. They helped us identify the parts needed and shipped them to us within days. Wavy screen I have purchased three screens so far from Affordable Screen Company. The previous two came as expected and good quality. However, my most recent screen was not as good, as the screen material had not been stretched properly. As a result the screen, instead of being taut had waves in it. I will still continue to order screens from this company, but this one was only average. Packaging is solid for shipment. Delivery time is as expected.
