It took forever and it was my idea to … It took forever and it was my idea to order a box to see what the flooring looked like although the man was very nice. In the end I had him deliver just the flooring and I had someone else do the installation. In general I do like the store and would probably go there again. It was a tricky job.

I mentioned in the store that I was purchasing the Lee rugs because of the guarantee. The store never informed me that it is only covered if it is a wall to wall rug .I paid over $1000 for the rugs and picked them up myself. I returned to the store and expressed I was unhappy. They gave me the name of a rug cleaning company.

trustworthy I purchased some carpeting for my front porch floor about 6 months ago.There was a problem with the seams pulling up threads. They immediately came down and repaired it, but it didn't work. They came back and told me they are going to replace the whole carpet,but not until spring, so they will be sure to get good seams. wow
