I am a Leather Spa customer, since my daughter lived in New York, but she moved to Puerto Rico during the pandemic. I found out I could mail it, but since my friend was traveling to the city, she took care of it. I requested the delivery service to my home when it was ready, paid the fee and TAN TAN! My briefcase arrived in less than a week. Very happy for the service! I will definitely use Leather Spa whenever I need to repair or clean some of my leather bags or shoes.

Dress with broken metal hardware on strap fixed! My favorite dress had broken metal hardware on straps. The screen was completely worn through. I brought to the designer store on Madison avenue. they recommended the leather spa as the only place in NY that could fix it. I was skeptical that anyone could fix it... They not only fixed it, i cannot even tell where it was broken. thank you Leather Spa!
